Pelayanannya sangat ramah, memuaskan. Disarankan kalau ingin kesana harus bikin reservasi terlebih dahulu. Ruangannya nyaman.

Disappointing service and did not meet expectations based on the reviews I read here. I came for a hair treatment but the staff could not speak much English so there was no greeting when switching staff members during the treatment or any attempt at friendly gestures. Towels had a smell to them like they had not been cleaned or dried properly. Treatment included a "natural blowdry" which is what I asked for when I was passed over to another staff member but she couldn't understand me so proceeded to do whatever blow-dry she wanted so the ladies at the front desk wanted to charge me an extra 100k. If my hair actually felt smooth & nice & I was provided with good service I would have been happy to pay that but my hair came out very tangled & dry. I ended up paying them 200k as per price list but I'd avoid this place if you can't speak Indonesian. For these higher prices you are better off going to a cheap place down the road than pay for this (lack of) service & product that doesn't even work. Massage was nice though hence the extra star rating.

Udh booking jam 3 datang duluan bukannya dikerjain malah ngerjain rambut orang yg datang belakangan. Eh mas. Yg sibuk itu bukan kamu aja. Semua orang jg sibuk. Saya udh nunggu dari awal biar cepat kelar karena saya jg harus sembahyang malamnya, biar waktunya kekejar. Ini malah ngulur waktunya oramg. Kalo ketja itu yg PROFESSIONAL dong jgn KAMPUNGAN BEGITU. Ngga lahi2 nginjak hair salon ini. Amit amit jabang bayi!

Tempatnya bersih dan bagus, harga tidak terlalu mahal. Potong rambut disini dgn stylist Mia, meski pihak salon sepertinya lebih merekomendasi anton/irwan, dgn ka Mia pun hasilnya bagus. Sangat puas dgn pelayanannya, cutting nya bagus, pelan2 gak asal potong banyak, yg mau modelin rambut tapi tetep panjang bisa kesini bgt. Staff nya sabar, mulai dari cuci rambut aja udh enak, cutting bisa sesuai request, minta dibuain long wolfcut hasilnya bagus, buat poni curtain bang koreanya bagus bgt, disesuain sm bentuk wajah. Makasi mba mia

Best hair salon in sanur, affordable, friendly staff, cozy, and very professional. If you looking for a hair coloring find Mas Erwan, he's the best! Try their creambath, the massage that comes with it is totally worth it.

Handled with care, during the washing proces you're getting a nice head massage as well! Nice clean and enough space to be 'covid-proof' too

I had pixie hair cut with Mia at this place. The place is clean and the result is amazing. The price is not that expensive as well. Will def come to this place again.

I'd give 5 star just because I had nice haircut and hairmask here, but the woman in receptionist gave me bad impression with her attitude she shouldn't have with the guest. Please tell her be more friendly, smile, drop the princess attitude infront the guest, becos after all you sell the service

Erwin is indeed a master hairdresser who definitely knows what he's doing. I'm not usually fond of going to hairdressers but this place is amazing. I love my cut and style and would probably go for the head massage alone when they shampoo. Great value for money. I strongly recommend and will return - thank you team

I'm really scared of going to Hairdressers, due to bad experiences, but Irwant erwan did a fabulous job! I've never had a better haircut and I really love the color he put in my hair! I'm so happy I came here during my holiday, I hope, I can find somebody back home who can keep up his good work!

Absolutely the best salon in Bali with expertise, knowledgeable n honest staffs. Especially the master hair dresser Erwan, he knows how to makes your hair fit w your face, no doubt w this guy. The price is super affordable with their five stars service. Make appointment is mandatory
