Impelementasi sistem database terdistribusi merupakan sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk laporan realisasi fisik dan keuangan kabupaten kepulauan meranti. Penerapan metode partial replica adalah cara baru yang revolusioner untuk mendukung pengembangan proses distribusi pada laporan realisasi fisik dan keuangan, sistem ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Pendistribusian basisdata mengunakan teknik partial replica ini dibagi menjadi dalam dua kelompok utama, yaitu Master yang diletakkan di Adpem pada server public dan slave yang diletakkan di seluruh SKPD. Data yang masuk ke sistem akan diolah dan didistribusikan ke table-table yang telah ditentukan yang pada akhirnya akan didapat perolehan replikasi database. Dengan adanya metode partial replica dalam implementasi database terdistribusi dapat meningkatkan waktu dalam membuat pelaporan realisai fisik dan keuangan kebupaten kepulauan meranti.
